When I was growing up my Dad did most of the cooking for our family of 6 however, he always refused to cook dinner on Fridays so we always had pizza. It was the perfect easy and fun meal to end a super hectic week.  I am recommending that you too have pizza on this Friday night! Why not make it with your children? Before you roll up your sleeves though read the book "Giggle, Giggle, Quack" (which is the sequel to the much loved "Click, Clack, Moo: Cows That Type") and build up those language and literacy skills. This is a great book for a wide variety of ages making it wonderful for a family night. I promise the relationship between cows and pizza will be made clear upon reading!
