Hyperion Language and Learning Services is now beginning registration for the 2022-2023 school year. We will again be offering instruction in our Kennebunk location as well as limited virtual learning opportunities. To register your student please first review our policies and then complete the online registration form which will let us know what area of tutoring you are requesting and the frequency of services desired.
Payment Policies
Tuition is billed forward monthly via an emailed invoice and is due at the first session of the month. In cases of outstanding balances past the 15th of the month, services will be suspended until the entire balance due is paid in full. SAT preparation services are billed as a bundle and payment is due at the first session.

Attendance Policies
Consistent attendance supports academic success and is important to both the student and the tutor. By having your student attend all scheduled sessions, our tutors can ensure that your student makes the most progress possible.
In the event that your student is ill, please notify Hyperion as soon as possible by calling or texting (207) 808-0914 or by e-mailing info@hyperionlearning.me. Hyperion requires a 24-hour notice of cancellation for a session by phone, text or email. With a notice of cancellation with more than 24 hours notice, you will be offered 2 options for making up the session. If you choose not to accept the make-up sessions offered, you will not be credited or refunded for the missed session. If a session is missed or canceled with less than 24 hours notice, Hyperion’s tutors are not required to offer a makeup.
If you arrive late for a scheduled appointment, the session will still end at the scheduled time and no credit will be issued for lost time.
In the event of inclement weather please check our website, facebook page, or contact the Director to find out if Hyperion will be open. During the school year, Hyperion will be closed the following days/weeks:
School year services will begin September 12th 2022 and end on June 16th 2023.

- Consultation services- $80 per hour.
